Are you using Kodak cartridge? They have a chip that communicates with the printer. If non-Kodak ink cartridge, it may not work properly.

I presume you are saying that your device is not printing. This unit could be up to 3 years old but regardless of age, if you haven't printed in some time the ink cartridges dry out. One solution that often works for me is to remove the ink cartridges and run the copper contacts under water. Dab them on some paper towel and you may see some ink flow. Dry the cartridge before reinstalling in the printer. With luck you may get some printing restored.

Take out the ink and swith off and wait 30 seconds and on again, repeat for 5 times, this should reset the printer memory. Then put ink back in.

Unfortunately, there may not be any Kodak ESP 7250 drivers for Windows 10 available. The printer was originally released in 2010 (based on Amazon's listing) with drivers for Windows XP through Windows 7.
