Electrolux dishwasher leak detector light

This was a good answer. It reset the error. But once we started the washer up again it threw the same error. Next step, remove it from the cabinet and check for leaks.

Just installed and ran for

Hello. I also own the Electrolux EWDW6505GS--0 {24'' Built-In Dishwasher with Wave-Touch® Controls} On two occasions I have had the "Error 04 Drying Damper - Drying damper not operating" In each case, I found the plastic 'ring nut' RETAINER in the upper right top of the machine had come loose. I simply unscrewed the retainer, wiped the area down, and re-screwed the ring on hand tight. Sincerely, Patrolcats Here is a picture of the retainer; just-installed-ran-clmz3n1br0lqygylhtdn2fhc-4-0.jpg A new retainer part (if it is broken) may be ordered here at the RepairClinic; Electrolux Dishwasher Retainer 154622601 Use & Care Guide http://manuals.electroluxusa.com/prodinfo_pdf/Kinston/154671101en.pdf Service Data Sheet http://manuals.electroluxusa.com/prodinfo_pdf/Kinston/154676601.pdf

What is error code "02"

Getting an Error Code 2 on your dishwasher, means there is something going on with the turbidity sensor. This is the sensor that determines how dirty the water is which in essence determines how long the cycle will run. What you can try to do is to reset the appliance for 30 minutes. You will do this by cutting the power at the circuit breaker and leaving it off for no less than 30 minutes. Try running the cycle again and if you are still receiving the Error Code 2, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.

Eidw6105gb1 dishwasher lights blinking took toe plate off the wash pump light is on but the unit washes great cound that control be sensing a but wash pump even if the pump is working?

Good Afternoon John, I see that your Electrolux dishwasher, model# EIDW6105GB1, has all the lights blinking and is revealing the wash pump light. This could just be a false error and would need to be cleared or it could mean that the wash pump is going bad. You can try resetting the appliance, by cutting the power at the circuit breaker for 20-30 minutes. When power is returned, start a cycle. If the lights are still flashing and revealing the wash pump light, I suggest either contacting the manufacturer or maybe a local authorized dealer. Hope this helps. -Best of luck- WP

Electrolux dishwasher all lights blinking and wont

Remove the toe kick by loosening 2 screws. There is a panel there with little lights that correspond to specific problems. The light that is on will correspond to the problem that the dishwasher has detected. Correct the problem and you should be good to go. I have no idea why this is not in the instruction manual. A common one is that there us a leak that the dishwasher has detected, normally in the drain pipe.
