Electrolux EL7020A Oxygen 3 Ultra Canister Vacuum Cleaner i have 2, 1powers up and all 3 lights flash change hoses from the good one that work fine and it still wont run and the three blue lights continue to flash and wont run

try using a coat hanger open it up long and gently try grabbing it through

take case of make sure unplugged for 12 hour its behind front sucking duct

Sounds like there is definately something stuck inside it. You;ll need to dismantle the floor head carefully using a screwdriver. Make sure your machine is switched off though if it is a power head and not an air turbine turbo head. Once inside check the main roller brush as well as the side caps as these can become clogged. Also check the main dirt channel leading to the pipes of the vacuum.

some motors have a reset button that has to be pushed to get power back to motor after over heat. it is ussually located near the rear of the motor

We had the same problem and after taking it to a service guy who didn't even want to LOOK at the vacuum, it occurred to us to plug the powerhead brush directly into the handle and it worked! So, we were able to determine that the problem was the tube - not the brush.

We ordered a replacement tube.
