loop your drain hose into a J shape, the hook part about 8 inches long and ziptie it so t stays that way . then put it in the drain pipe in he wll.

you need to replace the bearing and seal assy. this is rather involved and you need to be mechanically inclined. the bearing seal kit goes for around 70.00 deplending on where you live and who you know.

Your center seal where the shaft goes through the tub to the transmission is bad and is letting water leak bye it. I would not repair the machine it will run you $350 to $600 to fix you have to buy a bearing kit which has the seal in it and the labor involved is a lot normally 4-5 hours to complete the job I would not attempt this on my own unless you know what your doing. I would start looking for a good quality used one or a new one sorry for the trouble hope this helps.

sounds like your timer is bad this is the selector for spin wash ect... This is not a hard repair the back comes off the back top of the washer to exspose the elect controls you will need to unplug it then pull off the knobs and remove the two screws. Make sure to unplug the unit from electricity first. good luck.

LARRY...I HAVE THE SAME MODEL AND THE SAME PROBLEM JUST STARTED FOR THE 3RD TIME. CALLED THE REPAIRMAN THE FIRST TIME, MYSELF THE 2ND. MINE IS A BROKEN(IN TWO) BRAKE PAD. THERE ARE THREE OF THEM. REMOVE 2 SCREWS AT VERY BOTTOM OF WASHER FRONT AND REMOVE PANEL. YOU CAN GET TO THE 2 FRONT PADS FROM THERE ALTHOUGH TIGHT FIT. I ALSO READ THEY SHOULD HAVE CLEAR LITHIUM GREASE ON THEM, ALTHOUGH THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME. GONNA GO DO MINE AGAIN...GOOD LUCK....KHRIS

Hello,if your washer won't spin first check to see if the motor is running, then proceed as follow.
1. If the motor is running, your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley or broken pump belt. To check the pulley, remove the pump from the washer and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely or if it is frozen or stiff replace it.
If the pump belt is broken or looks quite warm, replace it but be sure to check the pump pulley before you change the belt.

AGITATOR: If the agitator won't turn, the likely cause is "Lid Switch" because if the lid switch is defective, the washing machine may not agitate or function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washing machine to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.

check for clogged hose screens.its possible you have defective water valve

Is you water discharge hose still connected to the drain in the wall? If not, place it in the drain and make sure it is secured and won't pop back out of the drain (tie it down to faucet next to drain). If the hose is connected to the drain, then the hose must have came undone inside the washer, or has a crack in it. Check condition of hose and look inside washer to make sure it is connected.
