My washer will not go to the spin cycle. the timer
On this model there could be several reasons why the washer will not go into the spin cycle. The most common problem is the machine control board not providing voltage to the door lock wax motor. This type of diagnosing will require accessing the console area & inspecting the machine control board resistors. I am sending you an image showing where on the control board to look. If the R11 resistor is burnt like I suspect then you will need to replace the door lock wax motor & machine control board. If this diagnosis does not help I am sending you a list of other possibilities. On this model you may consider calling a service tech out to diagnose & repair. Also if you need help with parts please send in the serial number. Please see the images provided in the attachment below for further instructions.
When draining the water from the drum, the pump
Sounds like there may be something obstructing the flow of water either inside the pump or from the pump to the drain hose. It requires disassembly. To access the pump, remove the 4 door screws that secure it to the frame and remove the frame, of course, remove plug first. The pump is located in the right mid rear section and has hoses and a water level switche attached to it. if you have a big towel, place it around the pump to capture the water and remove the clamps securing the hoses to see if there is anything in there. If not remove the drain hose and run a snake through it to see if there is an obstruction there. If not, you may need a new pump,.
WONT HEAT
Unplug the dryer and the first thing to do is check for the presence of
220 volts at the wall outlet. If you lost one leg of the 220 volts, it
is possible for your dryer to run but there will not be any heat. Once
you verified there is definitely 220 volts at the wall outlet, remove
the rear cover. On the lower right hand side you will see a silver
canister which contains the heating element. Remove the lower two wires
directly from the heating element and check this for continuity. If it
is good, on the left hand side of the same canister they often install a
thermal safety which may have tripped. Do the same test as with the
heating element. Remove the wires and test the thermal safety for
continuity. If this is good, move to the blower housing on the left
side of the exhaust vent and look for a white piece of plastic which has
two wires on it. Remove these two wires and check this item for
continuity.

Neptune MLG2000A doesn't drain completely and has moldy smell
You need to clean the stationary "brush" that collects lint and debris from the water during the cycle. The brush can be seen around the tub directly touching it along the bottom/front of the device. Right were I pour my detergent in, after the cloths are in there. To remove the debris I use a bottle brush. You can expect to use trial and error for your attempts. As far as the water being left.... My device has always left water in the bowl. I periodically just run a cycle with no cloths and bleach...HOT.....Mine is not spinning at the moment...again....I think its another call to the local dealer....AGAIN....
My stacked Maytag front loader leaks out through
The second rinse is when the softener cup is being flushed. Remove the dispenser and clean and inspect the housing to be sure no softener is gumming up the holes and blocking the water flow into the machine.
It's me again with the Neptune Stackable
Check for bent or loose pulleys. Check that belt is not stretched out, Some of these have a belt tensioner. Not sure if yours does or not. If it happens to have one, tighten it and see if that helps.
How do I remove the intake water filters to clean
Hi,
A tiny screw driver and you can wiggle it in on the very edge of the screen and pop them out....
The other way is to reverse the hose and blow water backwards through them to clean the crud out...
