Clc color copier error code E061-0321
Disable potential control by going into service mode Copier > Option > Tempo > F-POT-SW. Now copies can be run.
1) A solid black copy means laser is defective.
2) A white copy means you should check the Primary corona and HVT.
3) A good copy means you should check the Potential sensor PCB.
(CODE E100-001 ) I had problems with a Canon CLC
If an error code of E061 or E100 is experienced, check the shutter operation and the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly.
If the pin is broken, it should be replaced. The pin can be replaced by replacing the Primary Fan 2 Duct.

I have a copieur canon
it's all about scanner lamp. (expose lamp)
please check it.
possibility are :
- the screw has not tight or loosen (tight the screw, turn off and turn on again)
- the cable or socket of it has loosen too. (it's easy)
- the lamp scan has broken (replace a new)
CODE EROR E 216- 0000
try to clear error.
press *28* (2 and 8 press together) - Copier - ERR - CLR - OK - switch Off - (wait 5 second) - switch On.
if it doesn't changed. you must replace a new the scan lamp or motor scaner .
ERROR CODE E000-0320
A E000-0320 code is a fixing unit error code. It is either not warming up or it is getting to hot. It is a thermister is shortting out or a thermal fuse or one of the heating lamps are blown.

The E000 means that You have problem in fixing section and 0320 means that when the temperature is 160 deg. C, the temperature remains the same instead within 4 minutes it must rise for 10 deg.C in lower heater.
Probable cause's can be:
- faulty thermistor
- faulty fixing heater
- faulty DC control pcb
- faulty AC control pcb
- oil thermistor
- ...

THE WASTE TONER LOCK DETECTION SWITCH (SW4) HAS
remove the waste toner device ..and clean it ..or replace it ...after that when you put it back ..get into the maintenance menu and reset the waste ink ...and you will be ready to go ..Check the manual cause all these things are explained there ..

If you haven't cleaned the optics and the coronas, do it. Always clean the machine, first. It'll save you money in the end. Not just the original glass. There are 3 optical mirrors in the optics cavity(underneath the original glass). One above the drum, and there are thre high voltage corona wires that get dirty.
White usually means that light is being blocked, and black usually means dirty coronas.

I had a problem start with error code E000-0120. I
Hi,
these means that thermistor still reports the temperature problem or that copier was memorised the error code and keep reporting it. Auto shut off is sign of fixing trouble.
To be sure if the thermistor or lamp is faulty, first try under service mode to clear the error.
If that doesnt help you you need to call service to locate problem in fixing section.
Procedure to clear error:
Clearing E000
1) Start service mode, and select 'FUSER' under 'FUNC'.
2) Press 'E000RLS'.
3) Turn off and then on the power switch.
SERVICE MODE:
1) Press the "*" key on the control panel.
2) Press "2" and "8" on the keypad at the same time.
3) Press the "*" key.
