Found it...Menu>Common settings>volume control

Lifted up the side panels and found the correct button to set the date and time.

I pulled the plug on it, counted to 10, and plugged back in. So far the first fax worked fine. We'll see if this takes care of the problem.

i clean the copper -coloured roll and took out all paper and it reset thanx for your suggestions

Open cover, remove toner, close cover.... not sure why this happens, but this is the only way that we have found to get around the error. After doing this 3-4 times, it seems to reset itself and work just fine.

this is only fax machine or all in one printer ?

Says "Toner is not set" near new cartridge. Any help appreciated!
