Canon MultiPASS MP370 All-In-One InkJet Printer Questions & Answers
Black ink printing incorrectly.
Hi
Try to clean it manually by removing the ink cartridge and then clean the print head with softcloth with rubbing alcohol. Then rub again the printhead into a plain paper until ink flows. Then try to print again.

Is MP370 - Windows 7 compatable ? I cannot install
Yes, it is Windows 7 compatible. You can find the drivers for the printer at the link below. Just download and install the driver for your computer and the printer should be installed. If it doesn't install that way open up control panel, go to devices and printers, go to add a printer, choose local printer, use the default port and click next, choose have disk and select the drivers that you just installed, then just click next through the rest of the wizard. Just make sure you can print a test page.

I've seen this problem answered
> have cleaned & deep cleaned the printer head,
If your printer isn't used often, the print-head is likely clogged and no amount of machine 'cleaning' will restore it to function.
Your problem caused me to abandon ink-jets forever and go with a laser printer.
I used to maintain inkjets and the only method that seemed to have any effect on a clogged print-head is either replacement of the head and have had limited success by soaking the print-head in household ammonia for hours and finally bought an ultrasonic cleaner and used the ammonia bath to free up clogged heads.
After having serviced these turkeys for two decades, I finally tired of the necessity of cleaning print-heads for the few printing tasks I still do.
The very early HP inkjets were pretty good at lasting through a few days of non-use but the technology was also much coarser than the current units.
I LOVE my Samsung CLP-310; it ALWAY prints when I need it.
"Waste Ink Level Full" appears on my printer,
With this type of Printer you will need to contact Canon and find a near by printer repair center. They should be able to replace the waste ink absorber kit in your printer in about an hours time provided they have the kit on-hand. I would not try to replace it youself due to that fact that theres many parts inside and some printers have timing wheeling inside them.
