Paper loader complaint

Look to the pickup roller in the feed tray - is it covered in paper dust or other particles? Also look down into the paper path for obstructions.

There is no problem, but the Canon cartridge series (30-40-50) is notoriously finicky after refill. A re-used product may not be recognized by the printer. I wouldn't recommend trying the refill yourself as proper cleaning of the print heads is something you can't really do at home.

There's a problem with one or both cartridges. Make sure the tape (if there was any) has been removed, and that the contacts are clean. Try replacing the cartridges one at a time to isolate the one having a problem.

Canon refills are notoriously finicky. Try an original, or another refill. The one you have may be electrically failing.

However, the link appears to be a bit iffy and can take a couple of gos to get it to work but stick with it and you'll get the software and drivers.

Here is your solution, please press Stop/Reset button for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds your printer will start one process. If you refilled both color/black, you will press 5 seconds two times.... thanks

Usually the cartridge is out of ink in which case get it refilled or it may be electrically failed in which case you will need to buy another cartridge.

If putting a refilled cartridge in the machine you will normally get some kind of error code, to clear this, press and hold the resume button (Black with red circle with an arrow head pointing towards you) for about 10 seconds then release it and usually you can print. The orange light will however stay illuminated or flashing.

You may have to open the down load folder with a right click in the download dialogue box to find where it is being saved in oreder to execute it.

Error 6000 means - The specified file could not be encrypted.
Solution: Please reinstall the printer driver.... it's better to install a upgraded version of driver... your printer will ready to use...

Mainly this error is related to ink cartridge. 1 Its setting - installing/removing 2 Replacing 3 Re-seating 4 Installing the correct ink cartridge.
If you have the user guide/manual with you can do it yourself.
If the above process does not solve the problem then it means that the printer require repair for which you have to refer to the nearest Canon service center

This mayclear the ink absorber problem. There is ink absorbers located at both ends of the printerwhere the ink head move.
To dry the ink absorber, power up the printer and open the cover so the inkcartridges and print head will move to the middle of the printer.
Then take several sheets of absorbent tissue, fold it into a pad and place itinside the printer over the ink absorber on the far left hand side of theprinter to soak up the excess ink. You may need to change the absorbent tissuea few times. Then repeat the same procedure on the right hand ink absorber.
Close the lid and the printer should now function normally.

You need to install canonscan toolbox software, the interface is user friendly and scanning is just one click from there. but before installing that make sure install mp drivers first.
