hi Jackelle21. i have had a look around the internet and all i can find out from going into forums is that the problem might be because you need to download what they are calling (mp navigator) so not sure if this is what you have to do.but if you go to this link you will see download sites to where you can get it. mp navigator download Google Search or this one. Either a power supply fault or there is a fault in the main circuit board. You may find a replacement power unit (they are held in by two clips ) at an electronics recycler or auction site like e-bay, but the main board is not an available part.

Did you let the camera format the sd card before you took your pictures? Have you tried another sd card? Its possible the pc did not close the card properly so the printer does not see it. I would try another card before going any further. Make sure your setting on the printer is set to read only (in "Other" settings) if at read/write you will not be able to print.

Look through your fax machine instructions,. There should be some there regarding how many rings before pickup. Or maybe the unit does not have that feature and is designed to have its own separate line for faxes.

Uninstall the printer driver completely, then reinstall the driver again.

Check for the switch is it not jermed or check the switch contact is it not normally opened or normally closed for the full time.

You can sometimes buy cleaning cartridges that contain fluid designed to clean nozzles. See if they exist for your model.

Hi. Have you try sending fax to other number maybe the problem is the receiver in the other side of the line .

With the machine powered on, open the top cover (including the scanner unit). The cartridge carriage and printhead will move to the center. locate the cartridge needing to be replaced (flashing light or light off) push the clip at the front top corner forward and the cartridge will pop up slightly. Remove and replace. To replace a cartridge remove any nozzle clips and the airway seal tape. Slide the new cartridge into the appropriate slot angling slightly down the in. press down until it clicks in place. If it feels difficult , try again - don't force it. When done, close the cover down and your machine should do a self clean and go.

Try unplugging from your computer, uninstall printer on your computer and reinstall. Add or remove printer

scanners/ printers costs are as low as $35.00 for a new one and if it is a wifi unit may be $100.00 to replace new with labor costs and parts ( if you can get them) I would consider junking it and get an updated new one

If you have tried cleaning the nozzles as Oliver suggested. Try setting your paper type to 'high resolution' and try printing. If this works, your circuit board is probably the problem and you need to replace the printer after using up your inks in the 'high resolution paper' print mode

The 5010 error indicates a scanner error. The scanner unit cannot detect the home position, or the scanner unit warming-up is not done properly at power-on. On the LCD, "Scanner is not operating correctly." is displayed. The 6100 error indicates a logic board error. The check sum value is incorrect in the ROM check at hard-power-on.
