Hi,
Your dehumidifier is very slowly leaking refrigerant...
This causes the coils to get too cold.....
The chances of finding this leak are slim to none...
Also would cost more then the machine is worth...
Junk this one and buy a new one...
Wish I could give you better news...

Coil Freezes up. Filter
Unless you have special model, that's what happens at 60 or less. defrost over a drain (it won't run into the bucket) and move to wamer location or face a electric space heater 2-3 feet from it
Do i just clean the air filter or buy a new one?
clean it - pull out the bucket, look under the front panel lower lip, remove any tape, and pull down the slide-in filter (it fits behind front grill) - just vaccuum and/or rinse and put back in - the tape was just for shipping.
Coil Freezes up> It is not a filter and
Be sure the unit is clean inside. It sounds like there is not enough air going over the coil. If you are comfortable with it, you may want to remove the covers and thoroughly clean the coils (may have fins clean them as well). It doesn't take a lot of air restriction to cause this problem.
Although unlikely it may have lost a little bit of its charge.
Good Luck,

Dont know how to arrainge
Hi,
If your dehumidifier run for shrter time and if cuts off often and the humidity in the room is high, try adjusting the humidistat control on the dehumidifier to a dryer setting.
If the dehumidifier seems to run constantly, but there's little or no water in the container, there may be a problem in the refrigeration system. Try cleaning the unit.
If that doesn't work, sounds like you may have a rusted evaporator coil and that has caused a freon leak.it is very common on newer units as they are not made as well as they used to be.when the coil rusts, it will cause the freon copper lines to leak the freon out and then without enough freon it will usually freeze over a few coils and eventually not take any water out of the air.
i would check to see if yours has an extended warranty and then contact the manufacturer to see if they can fix or replace the unit
