Pictures are to dark
In order to adjust the ISO; please go into the Menu (Capture+ tab) and set the ISO for 64, 100 or 200 in order to reduce the darkness. However this will lead to slower shutter speeds in low light.
Also try different SCN and ISO to see if problem still persists.
If the problem is intermitted, try to find a pattern in to when the faulty pictures appear.

Question :
What batteries can I use in my digital camera, and how long do they last?
Battery life depends on how you use your camera, the type of batteries you select, and how you handle the batteries.
Your camera is compatible with: KODAK Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery KLIC-8000 and KODAK CRV3 Lithium Batteries: A non-rechargeable battery. (so your battery might be in need of a change)
Using Your Camera Some features, such as reviewing pictures and using the flash, require more power than others. Follow these guidelines to get the best use of your batteries:
-
Limit the time your camera is in Review mode.
-
Limit your use of the flash.
-
Use the LCD Dimmer or Auto Power Off features, if available on your camera.
-
Transfer your pictures to your computer using a compatible power adapter, camera dock, printer dock, or memory card reader.
-
Check that the latest firmware is installed on your camera. See Software, Driver & Firmware Downloads.
Handling Your Batteries
-
Wipe the battery contacts with a clean, dry cloth before loading it in your camera.
-
When using your camera in temperatures below 41° F (5° C), carry spare batteries and keep them warm.
-
Do not discard cold batteries that do not work; they may be usable when they return to room temperature.
-
Do not allow batteries to touch metal objects, including coins. Otherwise, the batteries may short-circuit, discharge energy, become hot, or leak.
The pictures have horizontal lines through them.
If this doesn't apear on the print pictures taken directly from the SD card. It has something to do with the settings for the picture transferre on your computer.
Try and reset/adjust the settings within the transferre programe. I cannot tell you the eact steps for that since it will depend on the programe you're using. But it can usually be done right before transferring pics to the computer.
If helpful pls. recommend/rate me and or give me a review. TXS
