Most of the time this is caused by either a bad/wrong print driver being used. A corrupted file that you are trying to print. You need to clear the queue on your workstation and restart the printer to see if it comes to ready normally. Depending on your version of Windows you may need to manually clear the print queue. The e120 has a second supply part, called a photoconductor kit. It sounds like the one in your device is worn out. Go to Lexmark.com, enter the name of your printer in the supply finder, and look for a photoconductor. It installs as in the same area of the printer as does the toner cartridge. Order, replace, and it should solve your problem.

could be the laser unit on top of the printer out of whack -i have the same fault also
