maybe too late to answer this question...first you could find a lot of free online compressor website to compress your pdf size, then scan it, i often fonedog-compress-pdf-free-online, maybe you could have a try

No i don think this printer is compatible with Mac because it doesnt have the downloads for it on the website also......But i would request you to have a chk with Lexmark they may have CD for it.....

Think twice. You won't be able to get everything adjusted and calibrated. Even the all in one printers don't cost more than the ink they have inside. Just check the price of a complete set of new cartridges and compair that with the price of a new printer. Then decided what to do

what is the model number by the way first of all just check the power its powering up or not if power is OK then just check the communication cable

you can try taking it out and putting it on a wet paper towel. Let it sit for awhile, the use a dry one and very gently rub across it lengthwise following the little things. then put it back and let it sit for awhile. If that dont' work all i can suggest is you have a bad cartridge
