you can buy spare parts from ebay, or you can search a service like WSC Europe ( if you have in your country).

try the same thing as described in this post : http://www.fixya.com/support/t428749-error_608. If the blue screen shows up...your device is saved...because you can reinstall the software

You must reinstall the software from your device. switch it off from the power button and then back on with the joystick pressed down.You will have a blue screen. Put inside one sd-card formatted in fat16 file system with the rom named as winceimg.bin ( you will find it on google).Choose winceimg by sd/mmc card by pressing joystick center. Wait untill on the display will write "restart your device". This will solve your problems
