PLEASE HELP I CAN"T LIVE WITH OUT MY SANSA

"Please free 6MB for music DB" means that there is not enough MEMORY for the MUSIC DataBase. Therefore, you cannot see the music on your device.

To resolve this, you need to delete music until your device is less than 6MB of being full.

Generally 10 to 15 songs should do the trick.

Best of Luck,

PUK needed for e200 vibe - sim no 9D0025020491

These directions are for an AT and T phone, but other than that, are the same for any carrier. A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your phone carrier to unlock your SIM card. You can obtain your phone's PUK code from your carrier in one of these ways: Log in to Your account.online Use a Technical Support Chat Contact your carriers Customer Care Get Your Phone's PUK Code Online Go to the Phone/Device page. From the My Phone/Device screen, select the Unblock SIM Card link under the My Make & Model heading. The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code and will give you instructions for unblocking your SIM Card. Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code. Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. Trying to download music to

I'm not sure of your problem exactly but here is what I found!
http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/pdf/retail/e200_usermanual_en.pdf

This is your manual for the MP3 unit you have. On page 14 it details how to transfer music from your computer onto your Sansa.
So , -Plug it in! - plug it into the computer and wait until it comes up -Open your music software - Open your iTunes or Windows Media Center and access your music -Open the Sansa "Media" folder -Simply highlight your music and drag them into this folder and you should be able to access them!
If you are attempting to download directly from the internet onto your unit, you must first save them to a folder on your computer and then you can drag them onto your Sansa just like with music files.

  2. Go into your PC's Control Panel.

  5. Locate the Universal Serial Bus Controller group and expand the tree (click the + button).
  6. Find your device, right click it, then click Update Driver.
  7. When the computer asks you how you want to search for the software, choose "Search automatically for updated driver software". Your operating system will search your device's files and the Internet to find the latest software.

My mp3 player wont show

because Sansa is not an Apple product it may not show up with I tunes. However, you can still
put your music on the player. Have windows open the device with the file browser. After that go to
my doccuments/my music/itunes/itunes music and you should be able to find your files and transfer them to your player. Some proprietary formats by Apple may not be compatable but
you can use a utility like WinFF or AVS converter to convert them for the Sansa.

Greeting sur - That message means that the firmware (software on a chip) on the device is corrupted and has to be reinstalled. It sounds ominous but is fairly easy to fix.

It's slightly complicated so Sansa has provided a step by step video to walk you through the process.

Watch the video HERE.

If you have any more questions about your player return here and someone will further assist you.
