Why my sansa e 250 dont read the micro sd? the
The e250 works with microSD cards. Your 8GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While physically identical, microSDHC cards are electronically incompatible. You need to use microSD cards 2GB and smaller.
How do i add memory
You can't augment the internal memory, short of replacing the entire motherboard. And if you're going to take the innards out of another Sansa, why don't you just use that other Sansa instead?
You can add memory in 2GB chunks by using microSD cards. Photos and videos must be in the 2GB internal memory, but any music you put into a MUSIC folder on the card will appear and play on the Sansa. By putting different albums (or sets of albums) on different cards, you can easily switch between them.
Be sure you use microSD cards, not microSDHC cards.

Refresh data
If your Sansa MP3 player becomes frozen or unresponsive, you may need to reset the unit.
To do so, simply slide and hold the Power button on the side of the unit. Hold it for about 10 seconds and the player should reset.

My sansa just stopped working
Buy it a new cable. Get one marked as USB 2.0
I have a ebook reader that was not charging via USB, the cable not fitting snugly.
I works fine with another cable, and, yes, it is a nice, snug fit.
The socket on the unit might be damaged or there may be a fault on the circuit board, but a loose connector is more likely.
