Interference when playing

Given the troubleshooting steps you have already performed, the only other thing to try would be a different set of headphones. If that is not successful, checking and updating the firmware is a last ditch effort. Failing at that, you're looking at failed components and either official repair/replacement or to be comfortable with component-level work with the innards using a multimeter and soldering iron and hoping that you can find what failed.

How do I recover a recording deleted accidentally from Sansa e250

It is possible to recover your lost recordings.

First things first: DO NOT take any more recordings with the MP3 that you want to recover records from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of recovery.

Then Connect the MP3 to your computer as it should appear as a "Removable Drive" or put the card in a card reader attached to your PC.

Next, if you are comfortable with using a PC then you can download a data recovery utility that will recover your recordings with Wondershare Recovery Software from the following link:

Video Audio Photo Recovery (if you are running Windows OS)
Mac Data Recovery (from MacUpdate site)

Do NOT try & write anything back to your MP3 until you can recover your recordings safely!

Battery not holding charge

If the rechargeable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

My sansa disk is froze on the refreshing media screen

This happens often with Sansa Media Players, your best bet is to delete all your songs off the device, then re-add them again. But this time have your device on hold, which is having the switch at the top of the device pushed to the right side. This will make sure nothing happens while the device is syncing.
