Deleting songs
If you are using Windows Media Player you can use that. Depends on which version you are using.

OR you can manually manage the music thru My Computer>Device Name (e250)>Music Folder.

Obtaining device certificate
It may be that you have to update your DRM component licenses on your PC.

or, your Helix components may be damaged, or corrupt.

If either of those dont work.
You should format the player to delete everything and re-transfer them to your device.
If that doesnt resolve it, you might have to contact Rhapsody.

I have a problem
hi, i was trying to delete some songs, which i did and now it won't come on. you think i made it stop working. i've been trying to delete songs for about and hour or two.it's doing nothing now. i'll wait about an hour before i try to turn it on again.
Video converter
Video: AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD(*.VOB), WMV, and a certain MOV that I have not identified (it threw a fit when I tried).
Photo: JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, BMP all convert nicely.

Cant get Pictures without software
you got a cd whit when you did buy your mp3 rigth? so install sansa....converter and you can pull your pictures and smaller videos in (read the manual) and its two modes if u go menu/settings/usb mode 1 mode makes it easy to transfer files betwen your computer and mp3 and the other makes it easy to explore the partitions on your mp3... one good software for both download musik and pull songs in to many diffrent mp3 players are bearshare you can get it at www.bearshare.com

Success! If you own an AMP'D MP3 player and have been suspicious about the manufacturer's claim that attaching it to a computer will disable it....you were right to be suspicious. Leaving the device turned OFF, attach it to your computer with a USB cable, after Windows cannot find a driver, go into DEVICE MANAGER and select the device and install the ADDONICS USB STORAGE DEVICE driver located under the UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS CONTROLLER Header. Again, leave your MP3 Player OFF. ...After the driver installs, Windows should assign the player a drive letter and then you can simply copy the music you have to your computer. Additionally, you can write TO the player, using it as a portable mass storage device. BE AWARE...If you use Windows to FORMAT the device you will not be able to use the device to play music again, it will simply be a portable external drive you can read from or write to.
Why my sansa e 250 dont read the micro sd? the
The e250 works with microSD cards. Your 8GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While physically identical, microSDHC cards are electronically incompatible. You need to use microSD cards 2GB and smaller.
