Use this easy way to remove it...
BE SURE NOT TO DELETE YOUR FIRWARE, ONLY THE SONGS,FILES,ETC.
Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"

There's a slide switch on the top of the unit, near the headphone jack. Slide it away from the jack to unlock the unit.

Hi, theres 2 ways usually to sync with sansa.
usually wen u plug it into the usb cord, u shud be able to open a folder and put musik through that.
My computers. than go to Sansa
or WMP depending on ur version
go to Synchronizing or Copy to CD or DEVICE.
there should be syncing button under the music list depending on the version.
but i stick to open my computer and the Sansa folder.
IF NOT THAN DO THIS..
Go to ur Sansa in the USB option change it to MSC than follow these instructions
To add songs using the MSC mode, follow these steps:
1. Organize your songs into folders and place it into one directory.
2. Open "My Computer" and open the drive for your Sansa.
3. click on Tools choose File Option, there will be a Pop-up screen and choose View Tab
4. Select on Show Hidden files and Folder Option, so you can see all the files
5. Choose MUSIC Folder, double click and Drag and drop all the songs on that folder, and It will go automatically on your player. OR highlight a songs, right click select COPY, go to MUSIC folder right click then PASTE and it will be save on your Player

Try importing your music into Windows Media Player.
Hook up the mp3 player, make sure all appropriate drivers are on the machine, open Windows Media Player. Windows Media should see it as a device and you will be able to sync songs by either selecting individual tracks and dragging them to the icon of the MP3 player (in the left pane) or syncing all music to the device.
To import custom music folders on a Windows 7 machine:
Open windows media player
right click on the "music" icon
select "manage music library"
Chose the "add" button on the right side
Find and select your folder.
All of the songs in that folder will be pulled into the music library and you can sync from there
I added a 2gb mirco
Hi,when you purchase a new micro SD card before use, youwill need to format the memory card so that you will be able to know the actual size of the Micro SD card by checking the details after formatting it.
After formatting the micro SD card and checking the details, if you still do not see the accurate size which is about 1.88mb or the about, that means the micro SD card you bought needs to be replaced. Not a good one.
Have a nice day.
