Do I understand well that you want to recover you Word documents? If so, after running an anti-virus (free AVG available for download on the net), and a Malware removal tool (also freely available in the net - I suggest MalwareBytes), copy you files to Notepad and them opening the MS-Word, import the text and reformat the document as originally. When you copy your documents to Notepad all of the internal code hosted inside the MS-Word file will be deleted and only the text will be spared. I have a sandisk cruzer, titanium 512mb. Model: SDCZ3 512 I have used this to store massive amounts of data that I frequently need to access. The last item on the tree stated: "Unknown Device." I double-clicked on the unknown device, and in the Device Status box, received the following message: "No Drivers installed for this device. And right click on it and delete. This will set the policy value to 0. then insert your usb device. you can also format your drive in cmd..follow these steps: OK let's start! A. Opening a Command Prompt :1. Click Start 2. Then click All Programs 3. Point to Accessories 4. And click Command Prompt
Command Prompt in its default location
B. Type the location of the USB

It is commonly D:, E:,G:, or H:, depend on the number of disk inserted
C. Press Enter on your keyboard

It will go to the location typed.
D. Type Format location of the USB: then press Enter on your keyboard

It should look like this
E. Then the format process will begin . I didn't press enter thought my USB have has no problem with it ;D

F. The command prompt will say that the format is done. And that's it! You're done! Congratulations!
