if these is OK , you might need to change/replaced your inverter

actually i wasn't the one who first answer your problem,
you can check it again.
i was merely pointing out what might be the problem inside
your unit.
and you have been advised by the first who answered your post.
if you really intend to know what is the real trouble, you need someone to help you measure voltages to be sure.
if the stated voltages are not met, then and only you need to replace
the said inverter.

you also might need to check properly if that is really the board you are having.
