Vacuum or blow out the vents. On a desktop, remove the case, clean all the vents, make sure the fan spins and clean all the dust and fluff from the heatsink and fan with a clean 1" paint brush and vacuum or compressed air or preferably both.. found it in a garage sale for $1? sure, it's old, and all old PC's die, lucky you the screen still works at all.
