RAM can be located under the keyboard, or more commonly on the back will be a small panel with a picture of ram on it. hi susan sorry for being late with reply ,the most common fault for sticky keys is (spillage ) was there any sugary liquids spilled on the keys if so you will need to get them cleaned by a pro do not try and do this yourself although depending on how many are sticking ,iff all they will need to be removed and the base cleaned thorily so from my own experience with this sort of fault I would leave it in to get it fixed I hope this answered your question

Sounds like a bad hard drive or hard drive with bad sectors on the platter inside the casing.
