I am assuming you have a Strata VIe system with this phone. I added a website below with all the program manuals. If you have a DK system please look at program 81 to get ringing back. I dont know the programming very well on the Strata VIE systems.

Open a notepad and then press all the key on keypad and check which one is giving a pound key. This is required because if the key cover is changed in that case the pound will work when pressed a different key.

Also clean the keypad or else get a new one.
