Sounds like cooling fan for bulb is not running or passage ways are plugged.

Did you checked the inverter board that supplies voltage to the bulb. If the inverter is faulty, or if it do not get proper voltage from the main power supply regulator board, this fault can occur. Check these.

Yes, I've seen the ballast bad after a lamp shorts out. It takes out a 1K resistor out in ballast. If original lamp blew up this could be your issue

Try unplugging the HDMI cable. Turn off the sources (complete power cycle by unplugging all from the wall and the equipment if possible). Turn on monitor and then plug in all the rest.

Could be a tuner issue but if not tried unplug set and a box if used from power for a while and then power them back---also do same if using a receiver in the line as well.Failing that you can get around this (if a bad tuner) by routing signal to a unused rear input, bypass the problem.

your tv needs a y-load board its like a grafix card as computers have due to overheating the board components are affected this is a manufacturing fault it tends to happen with samsung aswell
