You can't, at least not legally - you are not allowed to copy your own disks, even for backup. But you can take a look here...

My CODY DVD-R1200 frequently stops
If the DVD player is playing the DVD without a fault prior to the fault and then all of a sudden the set fails, then I wish to advice that you open the set when the faults occurs .
Now keep the lid aside and check in the main board if any of the IC's are heating up. Now use a good soldering iron and do a fine job of soldering all the suspected dry solderings found on this board. please take care not to bridge any circuits but use a good iron. Now if the fault stays get hold of a freeze it spray that can be used to cool the iC section .Do this and see if the fault changes, If so the IC / board is defective.
Find the availability , the cost and then decide on the job.If in warranty claim for a replacement.
However if the picture is irregular on all DVD's then the fault in the optical head is also a possibility.
Hope my advice helps.
I need another control for my dvd r1280 coby dvd
I'm not sure if ordinary universal remotes would work on the player. I would suggest trying the auto-set function on a universal remote first to see if it works. If not, you can buy a remote specifically for that model for around $20 at this site:

Good luck!

Unfortunately, a Coby product cannot be controlled by any other remote other than the one that came with it. So, there are no codes available.
Where can i get the battery 7100 coby TF in fresno and do they have one ?
Have you already removed the battery? There will be information on it telling you which battery to use as a replacement. As a general rule I would suggest you Don't start taking things apart if you are not sure what you are doing! You could cause more problems than you're trying to fix. Ask at your local TV repair shops and even some of the computer repairers. They may be able to help you. You would have to ask them directly if they have one in stock but commonly if it isn't a commonly used battery they will have to order one in for you.
If you have the battery details you might be able to get one online.

Press the device button (TV, DVD, CBL, etc.) for the device you want to program.
Press the CH+ or CH- button repeatedly until the device turns off.

Otherwise, you need to search for the manual for the remote.
Coby RC-028 under-the-counter television. on local channel 5 the audio is both English and Spanish. How do I turn off the Spanish portion?
If you are hearing both English and Spanish audio on local channel 5 on your Coby RC-028 under-the-counter television, you may need to adjust the language settings. Here are some steps you can try:
- Press the "Menu" button on the remote control.
- Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "Audio" or "Language" menu.
- Look for an option called "Secondary Audio" or "SAP" (Secondary Audio Program). This option controls the language of the audio.
- If the "SAP" option is set to "Spanish," select the option to change it to "English" or "Off" (depending on your preferences).
- If there is no "SAP" option, look for a language setting or a similar option that may control the audio language.
- Save the changes and exit the menu.
- Test the TV to see if the language has been changed.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, consult the user manual for your Coby RC-028 or contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.
