try to get non protected version of the songs

you dont......open the folder where you have download all these song.......now plug up your player open my computer do you see the new icon your player...open it now click&drag or copy&paste the files from the folder to the player

on the side of your memory card there should be a small switch that you can move up and down wherever that switch is right now move the other way and try copying the picture to it again this should do the tick on moving or cpying files into your memory card, regarding a code I do not see any option on windows that would let you create or generate a code to lock a memory card unless there is a program for that memory card that can allow to create that code try the above info first if it does not work check the website of that memory cards manufacturer for specific info regarding your concern but I believe the switch that I was reffering to will fixyour concern ^_^

Possible that the flash on your MP3 is corurpt try updating the firmware online, also make sure to back up all you media file first before doing so possible that you may neet to reset the firmware on your Mp3 ^-^

Check if the player has a lock switch on one side. In that case use the switch to unlock the player.
