Im not really sure about whether you are talking about a memory card or another type of flash media since most portable storage under 32 gig nowadays use the flash technology but if its a memory card, eject it from the player and take a look around the edges, you should see a small slideable tab, slide it to the opposite direction of where it is now and try to copy stuff to it,Im sure it will work, Hope this works..
I do not think you can install games on this MP3 player unless it already has games on it. MP3 players can only play music files that have mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files off the Internet or convert your CDs to mp3 music files. Please click on this link for instructions on converting music to mp3 format :-

This looks like the software has corrupted on your mp3 player. In order to get it working again you may need to format it by either using software which came with the mp3 player when your brought it or use the simple way through "My Computer".
If you haven't got any software follow these simple steps. Click "Start" located at the bottom left, now click on "My Computer", now when your on My Computer look for your mp3 player but don't click on it just find it on there (It's usually called "Removable Disk" right-click on it and click "Format".
Allow it to format then try unplugging it and switching it back on and see if it's fixed the problem.
If it doesn't may need to download some firmware of the manufactuere website. I have found some firmware which may be yours you may need to download and check

plug ilo to pc...go to my computer open ilo, now go back to start/my computer and open the folder that is with the mp3 files...place windows side by side and copy/paste or click and drag to ilo
