There is a poor diagram on Searspartsdirect.com, but no instructions. A diagram might help.

This could be a bad turntable motor or relay...or connection..

Take off the control panel to do this remove the grille over door should be two screws remove screw from control slide upward it should come forward take a pic of wires then remove to get panel out of the way almost forgot the spade terminals on the relay have a lock on them you have to look carefully there is a tab you need to depress to release the lock to slide off, there may be a black plastic panel in the way take out the bottom screw then you can pry out of the way you have either a bad primary or secondary switch change both not that expensive primary on top left switch 3 wires going to it secondary bottom single switch same principle to unlock terminals # 15 torx bit needed to remove the screw for door switch mount hopes this helps

Hi, Either your thermostat or relay to the blower has faulted. Thermostat is cheap but the relay is on the control board. So either replace the thermostat P#53001373 or replace the microwave as the control board is discontinued according to the information you provided. I assume we're taking about an over the range microwave here. It should be mounted on brackets on the wall behind the microwave. You'll have to lift the microwave up and out of the bracket. If you have removed all of the top bolts the thing could fall! So be careful!

You probably fried the magnetron.Unless you have a really high dollar microwave,you're probably better off replacing it.

Now is the time for hope! Your microwave has a fuse. Find it at "Sears Parts Direct". If that is not the problem, it should be the "magnetron", which would likely be reason to purchase a new model. Be blessed.

Remove the cover that makes up the microwave shell. There should be screws in the back that hold it on. Once free of the base just pull the cover off to the side. The Control Panel should now be exposed. I pulled up the schematic at "Sears Parts Direct" and don't see any screws holding the pad in place so it appears to be a snap fit connector at the top of the pad that it mates to. You should be able to press the plastic snap fit to dislodge it. Otherwise you'll need a small flat blade screwdriver at the top to unlock the latch mechanism. Lightly press down and it should just pop off.

Hi, Either the latch in door (spring related) is not in the correct location or you have a door switch issue and its not expensive to fix if you husband is handy. Part number you can use is 28QBP0495 or the factory one 3405-001034 (more expensive). This issue is common and these switches are located inside the control panel on the left side, the switch you seek is the lowest one in the bracket of three. Good Luck and I hope this helps.
