The tablet keeps turning itself off
Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before.

We need a plug
The charging on the tablet depends on the model.
Most including the Kocaso 776 charge via the micro USB port, and this is a standard USB port.
So all you do is purchase a micro USB to standard USB cable and plug it into the standard USB port on the charger or a PC.

Everything is in chinese
To change your language go to:
Settings > Languages & input > Language > Select the one you want.
If the tablet is in another language and you cannot read any of the labels, please follow the instructions below:
Get into settings. The icon looks like three bars with small ovals intersecting them. From here, you should see a list of icons on the left side of the screen, followed by text (which may be incomprehensible). Look for the Languages & input icon which looks like an A in a white box. From the following menu, choose the very top option. It doesn't matter if you can understand the text or not - it says "language." The following menu should show a list of languages, each as it's described in that country. For instance, English is written as "English," but German is "Deutsch." In other words, it should be very easy to find the language you understand - just look for it from the list of options and it should be immediately legible. Once you tap your language option, the system language should change and you should be able to understand the rest of the system menus.

The tablet has a pasword i need unlock
I had this same tablet...it quit on me after 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with a M9200 which would not turn on after 1 month. I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

Won t charge
Check charging unit. Are you getting the correct voltage at the plug o/p of the charger ?
Is the plug going all the way into the socket on the phone ?
Clean the inside of the socket, to remove any dust and fluff that my be there. I do not how best to do this, but be careful, maybe try "canned" (compressed air in a spray can) air, or a wooden or plastic toothpick ??
Otherwise, I would recommend taking it to a reputable repair shop or return to manufacturer (the latter if under warranty in all cases before you do anything)

Why will the tablet not turn on ?
Does your tablet have a reset button on the back or side someplace? If so, try that. Yes they do crash like computers because tablets are computers, just not powerful ones ;)

I have android tablet by kocaso and charge cable doesnt make good contact must play with end that goes into tablet to get a good connection
I suggest trying a different cable or charging unit if the cable is integrated into the charger, If that doesn't work, the socket on the tablet is likely to be defective and this problem may get wore with time until the tablet will not charge. Check that the socket in the tablet is not obstructed with dust or fluff; you might try clearing this with canned compressed air.
If the socket in the tablet has become defective it will need replacing and this a difficult job (it may be easier to replace the tablet !) and usually must be undertaken by a trained expert.
Personally, I would welcome an alternative solution to this problem though.

Password problems If you are locked out of your computer because you forgot the password, obtain PowerSuite 2009 or 2010, a utility disc that self-starts from your CD DVD drive when you start up the computer considering the CD DVD drive is your first boot selection. One option of the program is seeking Passwords whereby a search is performed and the passwords located. Once that happens, select the location you used for the lost password and clean it out and remove the CD, close down the system, and reboot. The Operating System will now start up without asking for a Password and you're on your way. Unless you need to use a password for security in your home or office, there is no practical need for one. Go to thepiratebay.se and look for PowerSuite.
