The M736 only accepts USB keyboards. It should work as soon as you plug it in to the OTG socket.

I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

NO need to worry download mobogenie from given link automatically download drivers but make sure before you on you usb debagging mode settings developers options switch it on find USB debaging mode and on it Link is this Mobogenie logo

With the M9100 and other generic Android tablets, often the manufacturer website does not support downloading a driver. I have the same model and have finally gotten it to work by installing the Universal Driver published at http://adbdriver.com/ For mainstream models, Koush's is probably better, but it didn't work with the Kocaso / MID http://koush.com/post/universal-adb-driver I've also heard MoboRobo is good, but haven't tried it.

I had the same problem...I sent it back for a refund. Kocaso is junk as it urns out...!

Try pushing the reset button in the TINY hole in the back of the tablet. This will reset it to factory if it works.
