you should be able to press one of the buttons under the word unlock to unlock it then to program it you will need to pair it the phone the phone has a bluetooth menu which will say discoverable or something to that effect visible press it then put the hands free in pairing mode by pressing the button under pair or sometimes holding down the button til it says to pair or gives a strange series of beeps depending on the model then on phone hit serach for devices and thenit will ask for a password on both type 0000 and then its set up you can toggle on and off through the hands free option in your phones menu or if by any chance it gives a dial pad dial *228

On the EnV, dial *228 and select option 3. This is a relatively new feature which allows you to switch handsets anytime you wish. Follow the directions and you should be able to deativate the EnV and activate the Voyager.

i found a voyager and i cant unlock it send me the hidden code that unlocks the phone please i know the code for atnt and tmobile but not verizon

I had the same problem as the person in the original posting -- I dropped my phone after which callers could no longer here me.  So I tried dropping the phone again, as the original poster suggested, and afterwards the problem was solved.  

i took mine to a verizon store...they wanted me to buy a new phone

Take a piece of metal like a bobby pin and rub it on the bottom of the phone where you plug the charger in. This will reset the phone. It work for me and saved me from buying a new phone.

there is internal damage an easy fix is to plug it into the car charger and it will only work on the charger you should have let the phone sit out and dry with the battery detatched. my phone did the same thing about 3 months ago. if that doesn't work you'll need a new phone

They have different music kits for different phones. You may have gotten the wrong kit from the verizon people. You might want to go back there and ask them if you have the correct kit.
