This has to do with the tray on the finisher. Make sure it is seated in place and no paper is in it. It must cycle up and back down freely. It should reset by turning the machine off at the main power switch in the back, NOT the control panel.

take everything out of the feeder and off the glass open and close the lid and make sure that the sensor that tells the machine the lid has been opened is not stuck if that dosnt work reboot the machine

C 0202 - 1 st tray lift up failured.
Remove the 1 st tray,in the right side located 1 screw and in copier is a paper when blocated the tray lift gear.Remove the misfed paper and push in the tray ,open and closed the right door and the copier must be ready.
C 0204 - 2nd tray
C 0206 - 3 rd tray
C 0208 - 4th tray
C 0211 - bypass tray

If the blurring is slight, it could need a deep cleaning of the glass on both sides and/or mirror assembly. A tech would probably need to do this as it requires tools. If it's severe, it could be the mirrors or the image sensor itself. Again, I'd have a tech assess the issue.

Description : Fusing Pressure Roller pressure/retraction failure.

No change is observed in the encoder sensor pulse even after the lapse of 0.5 sec. after the Fusing Pressure/Retraction Motor has started turning for a sequence of the Fusing Pressure Roller's retracting motion.
- No change is observed in the encoder sensor pulse even after the lapse of 0.5 sec. after the Fusing Pressure/Retraction Motor has started turning for a sequence of the Fusing Pressure Roller's pressing motion.
- The Fusing Pressure Position Sensor is not activated (pressed position) even when 30 encoder sensor pulses are counted after the Fusing Pressure/Retraction Motor has started turning for a sequence of the Fusing Pressure Roller's pressing motion.

Config Mode is depress 2 and 6 and power on. Diagnostic Mode is depress 3 and 6 power on. This is a Lexmark machine with a Konica Minolta logo

The fuser (The Hot Part) and the machine are not from the same region. For example: North America and Africa. Check where the machine is from and fuser came from.

Try this once if it does not work contact a KMBS Technician:

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Reset key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.


If you do this to often you might cause a fire that will ruin a perfectly good day/ weekend!!!!!!!!!
