My bizhub c25 jams when printing only colored photocopy. How can I resolve it pls.

this is a waste toner box error the waste toner box could be defective or the full sensor is defective i would start with replacing the waste toner box and clean the sensors on the door with some canned air the waste box and the sensors are located inside the lower front door the instructions on how to remove the waste box are on a label on the inside of the door

Most likely there is paper stuck in the very back behind one of the trays. Take both trays out and see if there is any paper jammed (could be a small piece). Put trays back in but leave them open, turn off the printer, unplug it, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in, turn it back on and push in the trays.

There is no procedure to restore the admin password. It is possible to reset and enter a new password, and for that you will need a technician to make the adjustments on SERVICE MODE (stop,0,C).

1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Reset key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. NVRAM error when the main board was replaced was the NVRAM module replace was this a new board or one from a different machine if so you machine is junk.
