You don't need to install any special PC suite software when connecting your HTC HD2 to your computer. Just connect it using a USB cable and you will be ask to choose the type of USB Connection that you want (Active Sync, Disk Drive or Internet Sharing).

How do I transfer pictures

Follow the below procedures;
Go to; http://www.sprint.com/index_p.html
Look down the page, under "Download", you will find "Activate a new cellphone" Click it (http://www.sprint.com/landings/howtoactivate/). Read and follow instructions.
Or
You can contact Sprint directly. Sprint will give you a Sim card that you can use to access their network or configure their network on your HTC touch pro 2. Which ever the case my be, Sprint still needs to be contacted.

This below explanation maybe will help you, but this action will be delete all your existing data
if you want to try, please follow below step
f you have a PH20B device such as MDAIII, QTEK 9090, XDAIIs, PDA2K etc.
o Quickly press Record+Camera before the versions appears at bottom right
o OR, press Power+Softreset+Camera+Record at the same time.
If you have a PH20B1 device such as SX66
o Quickly press Record+Windows Media before the versions appears at bottom right
o OR, press Power+Softreset+Windows Media Player button+Record at the same time.
* Either way mentioned above should work.

You'll see three options; change the second and the third to "yes".
If you have a PH20B device such as MDAIII, QTEK 9090, XDAIIs, PDA2K etc.
o You can do that with the camera and the record buttons.
If you have a PH20B1 device such as SX66
o You can do that with the Windows Media Player and the record buttons.
* If you are done, press the mail button, it'll show a white screen for a while, just wait.
* If the bootscreen, aka. the colored stripes is displayed, Wait more, you are booting.
* The welcome screen to set up your device should appear soon.
