try a new one on both if dose not work againg then its the motherboard

Have you removed the seal on the in container ? it should be a little handle you can pull out on the container before you put it in your printer.

The beep code indicates a problem with your video output. Do you have a dedicated graphics card? If so, try pulling it and rebooting.

If there's a problem with the system detecting the HDD, Make sure the system is off, then check the connections, power, data, etc.. Also troubleshoot with a known operating HDD. Hope you fix it.
