my pendrive's copying speed is very slow. its capacty is 8 GB. whn i connect pen drive to the PC its get lots time rather then normal time.
and when i copying some data its gets slow.
format the pen drive after taking the backup and then defragmented it
you will get smooth work in your pen drive. If not so fast after
defragmentation then check your computer configuration and its space
may be it is due to your computer is slow you con check whether your
pen drive is ok or not by connecting it to any other good pc. good luck
And please vote me and rate me..

I have TRANSCEND D33193 when i try to format, I have TRANSCEND D33193 when i try to format, or delete files from it, it shows YOUR DEVICE IS WRITE PROTECTED!
Write Protection on any portable USB Device can be applied by the physical lock provided on the card adjuster or some times provided on the pen drives, so make sure to make your drive not write protected by moving the lock in right direction. But even after moving the physical lock for write protection the problem can happen due to some virus action. This happens when some virus or script which applies the registry hack to make any drive write protect when connected to the computer, In that case follow the procedure below to remove write protection from your pen drive. 1. Open Start Menu >> Run, type regedit and press Enter, this will open the registry editor. 2. Navigate to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies Note: If the registry key StorageDevicePolicies key does not exist, you will need to create it Download this batch file called add.bat from here, and double click after download the key will be automatically added to registry. 3. Double click the key WriteProtect in the right pane and set the value to 0 in the Value Data Box and press OK button 4. Exit Registry, restart your computer and then again re-connect your USB pen drive on your computer. That is it, done.

device media is write protected
To disable writing access to USB drives and make all USB drives has only read-only access, follow these steps:
Once set, all users on the computer is now blocked and prevented from
copying, transferring or writing any files, documents and data to the
USB disk drives, without the need to restart or reboot computer. Any
attempt to download or copy files to USB drive will return the following
error message:
The disk is write protected.
The media is write-protected.
Remove the write protection or use another disk.
To revert and remove the blocked write access to USB drivers, just
delete the StorageDevicePolicies registry key, or delete the
WriteProtect registry entry, or change the value data for WriteProtect
to 0.
For user who doesn't want to manually editing the registry, simply
download the following registry registration files to enable or disable
the write protection (block writing attempt) to USB removable drive.
Double click the .reg file unpacked from the .zip archive to merge the
registry key entries.
Download DisableWriteToUSB.reg
Download EnableWriteToUSB.reg
The trick works in Windows XP SP2 and SP3, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and 2008.

how to convert 4gb usb into 8gb
A few important bits of information about using faults and possible fixes on usb drives click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you could see a yellow question / exclamation mark? ! or a red X you will need to update/reinstall drivers right click to reinstall drivers if you can see your usb drive but its not working ports(com&lpt)right click update driver if this fails to fix the problem click start click to open on my computer you should see your usb drive F: right click select properties there will be an array of options select the sharing tab option then advanced sharing permissions make sure you have a tick in the share this folder box then click permissions make sure all three boxes are ticked you full control change and read in windows 7 click start control panel user accounts click on the administrators account if you have made one or you will have to create one in windows XP if you need more help with this post a reply
check the USB leads that attach to the motherboard usually red white green black make sure they are securely seated and have no dust build up on them dust will cause static and a lot of unforeseen problems for a computer and its parts
click start control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools you should see
click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in one box then select check now start or you might tick one box then return after its finished the first repair then return and tick the second box
(I have found better results ticking the first box then reurn and tick the second box) you should not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may damage this drive
also you might need to do this
also
If you are running a Windows XP OS then you might be able to:
click start right click on my computer select open
Right click the icon of your Flash Drive (It should be F: / E: or something)
Click Properties in the menu that comes up
Click the Sharing tab
Click permissions
And finally, click Allow next to Full Control.
hope this helps
