You need to change the heat resistance controller it needs a qualified person the oven needs to come out then open the top remember to unplug first then find a coiled resistance it will lead you to the switch control this needs to come out from the front panel and inside oven hope this helps

---c i'm pretty sure this is a bad control board or clock assy. same thing,if this is an older unit you probably won't be able to get it anymore,the only way to tell is by the model number,also there are companies that can rebuild older clock assy.

Hi Billion Johnston! Maybe the ribbon cable from the keyboard to the board is not correctly connected or is rusted in one of its terminals, avoiding making contact only to those tracks that goes to the "Off" button.
