Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer - Page 11 Questions & Answers
Can I make the water level on my whirlpool duet washer higher?
its because of the design of the machine they are water efficient.a front load uses any where from 15 to 18 gals. compared to 40 to 50 gals.for a top load. they also have a higher spin rate than the top loader, therefore making your close dryer and having a less drying time in the dryer.energy efficient too!!
What is F06 & E02 mean?
Unfortunately, this error means that the central control unit and user interface aren't communicating. Sometimes, a temporary solution can be to simply unplug the washer for a bit. This will reset the error code that is in memory. If the error persists, you will need to again unplug the washer and get behind it. Take off the top panel (for the back) to access the control boards. Plug the unit in again and check the wiring between the CCU and the user interface. Make sure that the connectors aren't loose. Then remove them and check the voltages or resistance across various points. (There should be a tech sheet with the details for where you should put the multimeter and the values you should get.)
Depending on the readings you may need to replace the User Interface and/or the CCU.

I have a Whirlpool washer Model # 461970225121
"F02" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:
1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
To check the drain pump, click on the following link for step-by-step instructions.

If the above procedures do not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the drain pump

Whirlpool duet washer error code f h
HF indicates a fill problem. This could be no water entering the washer, an issue with the pressure switch or the flow meter.
Does any water enter the washer? Check the shut-off valves to make sure that they are open. If water enters and then exits, make sure that the drain hose outlet isn't below the water level of the washer. Check your inlet hoses; some anti-flood hoses will restrict the water flow if they detect a leak. Close the shut-off valves and take the hoses off the washer. Put the ends of the hoses into a bucket and open the shut-off valves one at a time. Replace the hoses, if they are bad. Clean the filters on both sides of the hoses (washer and shut-off valves). Make sure that the hoses aren't kinked.
If the error happens during a drain and refill sequence, check if the pump is fully emptying the washer. (The pressure switch will trigger the error if the tub has too much water in it.) You may need to clean out the drain pump filter. Also, if the flow meter sees 10.5 gallons flowing through the inlet valves and the pressure switch doesn't trip, then the error will occur.
Next, check if the solenoids for the inlet valves are opening. Check that the pressure switch tubing isn't clogged or have a pinhole leak. (You can blow through the tubing and listen for the reed switch clicking.) Similarly, check the resistance when you blow through the flow meter. It should give 300-400 Ohms when you are blowing air and 0 when not air is moving. Unplug the wiring harness and check if the error occurs with the pressure switch disconnected from the CCU.
Sometimes the error is caused by the CCU. It can fail to provide the needed voltage to open the inlet valve solenoids.
I hope this helps.

What does F35 code mean and what to do?
Run an empty cycle without using any detergent. Often the fault code displays when too much detergent is used and the detergent sits in the drainage system. A cycle without any detergent is often enough to clear out the buildup.

Pull the drain hose out of the standpipe mounted to the wall behind the washing machine. Complete a visual inspection of the hose for any clogs. If you see any, remove the screw that holds the hose clamp onto the discharge pump and then force water through the drain hose with pressurized water from a garden hose. Reattach the hose and then run an empty cycle to see if the code goes away.

F35 and suds it turns off after 5 mins and whenever I put it on rince only it still cuts off.
F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.
If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.
With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.
If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.
Also - please be sure to use He soap.
