The Control Lock prevents unintended use of the washer. You
can also use the control lock feature to prevent unintended cycle

lit, all buttons are disabled. You can lock the washer while it is
operating.

To lock the controls

Water coming out of soap tray and running down the front of the machine

Your soap tray and/or inlet is probably blocked with undissolved powder. Remove the tray and clean it. Also clean the inlet tube from the tray into the washing machine with hot water. I, personally don't like soap powder and use a liquid or tablets because washers nowadays tend to use cold water only so doesn't fully dissolve the powder. Also the outlet to drain gets blocked along with the underground pipe to the mains sewage.

It's STUCK

Hi

The light is flashing due to the door lock error. The door lock is activated as the machine experienced an error or was stopped in middle of a cycle. Or the door was being pulled while the machine was running a cycle. Try unplugging your washer and restart the washer to check if you are still getting the same blinking light. If error is still not resolved then start the rinse/spin cycle & stop the cycle, now press and hold the cancel button for 5-10 seconds. However, if you are still not able to get the door open then you'll need to open the door manually by disassembling the washer. Please post back for any further assistance.

After washing machine end cant open front door to remove washed clothes

This is a common and easily fixed problem. The door should NOT be opened after the wash is completed. You have to wait for AT LEAST 2 minutes to try the door, do not use force. There is a built in mechanism for most front loaders to delay the door opening, so be patient. In your case you might have already damaged the door lock, so replace. You are lucky if the door can be opened after the lock sign goes off - otherwise you just have to change the door lock.Click if helped.
