The fan's power comes from a multi output transformer.
Either the fan is burned out or the transformer is burned out or the fans moles plug is not plugged in properly.A simple voltage spike or brownout can take out the transformers.

If you are talking about between the outside and the gray flex pipe, remove the pipe and blow the stuff back outside. If it is beyond the gray flex pipe, then a disassembly will be necessary. If you have too much fuel in the burn pot then you are getting no ignition. Repeated tries to get it to start just dumps more fuel into the pot.

Could be orange for a few reasons could just be burning some dust or something in the air. if it keeps staying orange i would say that it has a cracked heat exchanger and the fan is disrupting the flame.

Remove front grille by taking out two screws at lower right and left front sides of stove. slightly pull botom front of grille toward you and lift up and off. Look for two red wires going into burner chamber, the wires will be incased in a gray plastic sheath as they enter chamber. Push on buton like you are trying to start the heater. While it is going through start up process hold the gray plastic sheath with two fingers and see if the sheath does not get warm in a short period of time the igniter is bad and will need to be replaced. This can be cause by water getting into the burner chamber and causing the igniter to crack.

It looks like the posted answers do not address your issue. If fuel is leaking at your sump and vent, shut the small fuel valve inside the stove off (reverse threads )and and drain your fuel sump. Once drained, open the fuel valve and if it floods again, you have a bad float. If not, the red "reset" button was either pushed down multiple times or held down. This causes a flooding problem. That should cure your problems.

Yes it is a motor issue. They frequently quit turning after sitting a while. Remove the heat exchanger and vacuum out the exhaust side of the blower motor. Use a dental pic if you have one and gently clean the impeller fins. Vacuum it again, then lightly spray impeller with water, and vacuum often.
