It sounds like to me that either a capacitor blew up or the powersupply failed. Let me know the serial # and the other model # located on the back and i can assist you more. Possibly a driver IC on the ribbon cable going to the panel might have popped, which is about the size of a postage stamp and can be repaired fortunately, but it isn't cheap. The fault is with the TV. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. when switch ON it blinks 7time blue led - then switch OFF by SELF and blinks 8time blue led. Of-course when it switch off by self the TV swap the led from blue to red but the blinking Blue led is on the Receiver (The switcher on the TV is never blinking)

This model, according to what I have found from Pioneer, does not contain a TV Tuner. It is a multimedia Television/Monitor.
