Plantronics specific to ATT?
You have paired your phone to another device. Your phone will not recognize the new device, as it is looking for the old one.
To solve, look for your instructions on how to ADD your headset to an existing connected device.
Or you can hold down the button on your headset until the colors turn red/blue, go to your phone connectivity, search for bluetooth device, once found, then connect and add your password, most likely 0000.
Try that, in that exact sequence. Please rate me!

Can not get headset to
When it wont charge, there could be a bad cell on the headset, it may have suffered too many drops, or has been in contact with a lot of moisture.
Try to put the headset in a warm area, perhaps if you have a satellite dish receiver, cable tv receiver, or radio receiver in your house, sit it on top for an hour or two, and let the radiation from those devices dry out any excessive moisture that could corrupt your connections. This will not damage your headset.
If that does not work, I am afraid you will have to head to a local neighborhood wireless shop, or your retailer and get a replacement, or send in your warranty card and get it replaced with your supplier.
I would register your equipment on the website of your headset, then call them in for a exchange.

code is 0000 if that helps, I just bought the 520, I read that it pairs with two phones at the same time and which ever phone gets a call you can answer from the same headset. I am charging unit now to test. I hope it works.

I had the same problem, and my solution was a new phone and/or new bluetooth headset...It was very odd how it started later though...incompatibility.

I dont know what you mean with get it to work but if you got problem matching with your phone the only thing you have to do is..press the on button until a red ligth apear this will send a signal to your phone that most be in bluetooth serching mode and that is, the code is "0000".....good luck and rate this
On my plantronics cs540a i do not get a beep to let me know there is an incoming call.

My plantronics cs350 wireless and headset no longer beeps when phone rings

Hi,
since re-pairing caused this, please perform another re-pair and check for the pre-sounds beeps again. I'm guessing that you might have accidentally skipped a step in your first attempt and it led to this sound occurring.
