My blackberry bold phone does not locate my

Hi,you will have to delete the previous paired phones first before you can be able to pair the blackberry phone with your blue tooth device.

You can use the below steps to know how to pair properly:

Instructions

Pair Your Blackberry with a Bluetooth Headset

Turn on Bluetooth headset and Blackberry hand-held.

Enable the Bluetooth radio by going to the options window and clicking on Bluetooth. Click on Enable Bluetooth in that window.

Add your Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry by clicking on Add Device in the Bluetooth window.

Find and select the name of your Bluetooth headset from the list that appears. The Blackberry will search for all Bluetooth devices within range, so other devices might show up on the list.

Click Activate Bluetooth device if you receive a call and the Bluetooth headset does not pick up automatically.

Use your Bluetooth Headset with your Blackberry

Make sure the Bluetooth radio on your Blackberry is turned on before you try to use your Bluetooth headset.

Use the voice-dial feature to call contacts if your headset has that capability. Not all headsets support voice dialing, but more of the newer models do.

Press the on/off button on your headset to end a call or use the end button on the handheld.

Tips & Warnings

Pair your Blackberry with any Bluetooth-enabled device using the same steps as those for connecting a Bluetooth headset.

Remove your Bluetooth headset from the list of paired devices on your Blackberry by selecting and clicking on Delete Device in the Bluetooth window.

Configure your Blackberry to connect to a paired Bluetooth headset without asking for authorization in the Bluetooth Device Properties window. That will allow your headset to automatically reconnect even if you take it out of range temporarily.

Only configure a Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry once. Once you configure the pairing between the two devices, the settings are saved and you do not have to repeat the processes each time you use it.

Turn off the Bluetooth radio on your Blackberry when not in use for security reasons.

Adjust volume on your headset or hand-held to a comfortable level. Excess volume from in-the-ear headsets can cause hearing damage.

Hope it helped.

Thanks for usingf ixya..

Headset doesnt turn on, no red light while

It is possible that the internal battery in the Plantronics Explorer 320 is just worn out, it is an older headset and has been out there for years. The Plantronics M20 would be a good replacement to check out.Plantronics M20 HeadsetGood luck from Headsets Direct!

There may be a problem using a generic charger especially when you are picking up something that is not designed to work with what you have. The voltage is 5v and 120 milliamps. I don't see those on your universal charger. Please see the link below for a Plantronics adapter which may be helpful.Plantronics AdapterGood luck from Headsets Direct!

How to connect it to samsung seek cell phone

When joining (or pairing) a Plantronics bluetooth headset to another device a lot depends on the other device. Assuming that you know the necessary steps of your phone or PC for connecting a bluetooth device, all Plantronics headsets pretty much follow a set pairing procedure for connectivity. This one is for the Discovery 975: 1 Turn on the Bluetooth feature on your phone.2 Turn the earpiece on. Press and hold the call control button until the indicator flashes red/white.3 Use the commands on your phone to locate and select your earpiece. 9xx Plantronics. 4 If prompted for the PIN code or Passkey, enter 0000.Pairing is successful when the indicator on your earpiece flashes white.Note If your phone supports Secure Simple Pairing (SSP), you will not need to enter a PIN code or Passkey. I cant remember the passcode

For all current Bluetooth headsets the passkey is 0000 (four zeros). If the phone does not accept this code, please refer to your cell phone user's guide to ensure the proper setup procedure. Note: Powering your cell phone off and on sometimes corrects this issue. You cannot change or personalize the PIN code/password of the Bluetooth headsets. It will always remain four zeros.
