check pump is working, it may be blocked

As the solenoid should should remain power free and closed until the programmer tells the circuit board to switch on the power, it could conceivably be either or both of those things, though I feel the chances are greater the circuit board is at fault.

TEST WITH MULTI METER FOR OHMS

SOUNDS LIKE THE WATER INLET VALVE COIL BLEW A SEAL? DOES IT STILL POUR WATER IN AFTER UNPLUGGING IT? IF NOT THEN U MAY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE TIMER OR BOARD SENDING ELECTRICAL SIGNAL TO THE INLET VALVE? BUT THE POP LEADS ME TO THE INLET VALVE CHECK IT WITH A MULTI METER

After repairing the pipeline it's inevitable that some debris/stones/cement etc. would find it's way into your machine. Even though there is (or should be) a filter in the water input hose, I'd guess that the water pressure was so high that some debris damaged the electrically operated solenoid valve which controls the water input flow. A mechanical problem then, with possibly some associated electrical fault. If you can get the machine out, I suggest unscrewing the inlet hose and having a look at the valve - they're usually easy to get to. But please DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND WATER first.

Check and eventually clean filter. Located behind the small square "door" on the left side:)

Hello, as far as your unit makeing a high pitched squeaking noise you would have to remove the top panel of the machine by unscrewing the 2-3 screws along the back upper part of the machine. You would then slide the panel towards the rear of the machine and then remove the panel from the machine. After you did this you would then run the machine and try to distinguish if the noise was being made from the main bearing in the unit which holds the inner and outter tub together. Or if the noise were coming from the motor in the unit. Most of the time when someone does describe a high pitched noise that is described like a jet taking off when the unit goes into the spin cycle this would tend to point towards a main bearing issue with the unit. To replace a main bearing in a washer is a very costly and long proces if done by a technician and most do decide not to fix the unit due to this. On the other hand if it were a motor noise that you were hearing or a pulley noise which on some is located on the back of the tub these are much less costly repairs as well as less time consuming. To address your post of the washer not spinning or not emptying the water...they are directly related. These will not spin until they drain sufficiently.
There is typically a drain filter in the pump as you may or may not know, based on your description it may be clogged. You'll need to access it, clean it out via draining it through the pump "emergency drain hose" before you can in the end open the door (though usually once drained to a safe level it will open under normal procedures) however there should be a door lock release on Asko built machines...including the W660 series.

This is the procedure for machines of the past 10yrs. or so...(this is only an example, it may not be exact but essentially the same as yours)

If you have already cleaned the drain filter assembly located inside the bottom front panel and the problem is not solved then it is the drain pump that is bad and needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

(You need to get at the drain filter itself- behind the 'door and lid'! Try these)
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not go to spin or release the door lock if there is water still left inside.
Here are my complete and general pre-typed (!) guidance notes for checking both the drain filter and the drain motor ;-0)

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
