I personally am not skilled in that topic and it would appear that since there were no answers suggested, no one who had that knowledge encountered your question. May I suggest that since you just purchased your product, you direct your question to the retailer that you purchased it from. As a consumer, I'm supposed to have some understanding of what I am purchasing, and I would expect the vendor to have much better knowledge of what they are providing. Hope it works out for you. Hello, Sounds like you have a virus or spybot on your nextbook. You will either have to reload the software or get a spybot/virus cleaner and use it.

it may need a new battery. If it works whilst attached the charger but not when detacheched, it may be that the battery has died and will not accept the charge. In cases where this has happened the battery charge indicator may show that the cell is fully charged but the may not be retained. This all assumes that the charger itself is fully funtinonal.

Launcher is Missing is it a luncher app you downloaded from the playstore or is it the default launcher of your phone because if its just an app that you downloaded from the playstore its missing because a factory reset will erase all your data and apps

If its the dufault launcher is your phone rooted?
Did you perhaps uninstall the default launcher using a root tool like link to SD?

If you have uninstalled your default launcher then you would have to flash a stock rom from your phone's manufacturer or download a custom rom from the internet

Hello, sounds like you have a bad battery, needs to be replaced.

It took me a while to figure that one out myself. Push down on it gently and it will pop right out.

Security or other updates could be the reason why it is much bigger than before.

Reset and reload all apps, that don't do it, back up your staff and plug it in to your pc and reset it, try an update, last load up new firmware that is capable with your device

the charging circuit does not charge or the batteries need replacement ....IT is probably the batter. Try new batteries, if they work the problem lies elsewhere Also, try a different charger, and the tablets charger on something else...if the tablet's carger charges other batteries that can be discounted as the problem.
