try booting it with the power cord plugged in it might just have too low a battery to boot

Low volume nextbook premium

there a few. free apps for this using play store the problem is the built in speakers may not do it so it sounds crackly,one fix I saw was using the equalizer and turning up the bass.I have not tried this yet,they recommend headphones hope this helps

Will not let me connect to wi-fi it is not my wi-fi servce. it just keeps saying authentication problem

It will say Authenticating problem unless you have the passkey to the other WiFi networks. So unless its your WiFi or an open network you won't be able to connect.But you can try rebooting your device.

I personally am not skilled in that topic and it would appear that since there were no answers suggested, no one who had that knowledge encountered your question. Please remember that we are all volunteers and offer help where we think we can. May I suggest that since you just purchased your product, you direct your question to the retailer that you purchased it from. As a consumer, I'm supposed to have some understanding of what I am purchasing, and I would expect the vendor to have much better knowledge of what they are providing. Hope it works out for you.
