generally when refrigerators don't cool enough it is usually down to blocked cooling grills found at the rear or the underside of fridge, if you clean the dust off these grills you may find it works ok, hope this helps.

Tripping a circuit breaker (by any device) is an issue that is not easily (safely) addressed on-line. Besides an actual problem with the device in question, one must consider: a) Too many high current devices already on the circuit (toasters, microwaves, washing machines, etc.) that contribute/cause the issue. b) A circuit breaker that trips much more easily than it should (from tripping too much - common problem), and should be replaced.
c) The device in question needs the compressor replaced (very rare in a two-year old device), but can become damaged during shipment - on it's side. d) Damaged sub-component (eg. one of the fans), probably easily found by locating the source of the noise.
Where is the condenser fan in a fridge
If you pull the fridge out from the wall and pull the bottom panel off you will fin the condenser fan motor. Usually only four screws and you can pull the fan mount out and four screws on the motor to take it off of the mount.

more than likely you have a clogged drain. This occurs when the machine goes into defrost and the melted ice somehow is prevented from draining and therefor refreezing and blocking the drain for the next defrost cycle. Over time it gradually builds and starts voer a larger area. Being you have a top mount refrigerator(freezer on top) there are air ways that connect the freezer to the fridege, which is how its cooled. The best way to resolve this is to unplug the machine for atleast 24-48 hours to let all ice melt If thats not an option that you want to use the actual repair method would be to 1) unplug the machine 2) empty everything out of the freezer so you'll have room to work 3) take all the shelving and baskets out 4) locate the screws on the rear wall inside the freezer and remove them 5) take the back panel off exposing the evaporator coils ( the aluminum ) 6) directly below the coils is a trough of sorts and the drain is usually in the middle and runs out the bottom, remove the ice by carefully chipping it out or by using a hair dryer or hot water. 7) once all the ice is gone, the drain is visible and water can flow smnoothly down the drain dry the area and reassemble. A freezer is great for storing additional food that may not fit in your fridge freezer. If your chest freezer stops working, it's important to be able to troubleshoot it quickly so that food waste is kept to a minimum. Keep the following tips in mind if your chest freezer stops working.
Check the Electricity
If your chest freezer doesn't seem to be working at all, check the outlet that the freezer is plugged into. Unplug the chest freezer from the wall and plug something else in such as a lamp or digital clock. If the new appliance doesn't work either, you know the problem is with your outlet and not your freezer. If the appliance does work, you will need to refer to other troubleshooting methods.
Inspect the Relay
The relay is a component that helps power the compressor. It is housed in a plastic box with the motor terminals and the overload protector and is connected to the Compressor; the relay is the largest component in the box. Closely inspect the relay and make sure it is not burned out. The relay can also be tested using a multimeter. If you see any signs that the relay has shorted out, you'll will need to replace it. If the relay makes a rattling sound when shaken, this is also a sign that it has shorted out.
Examine the Compressor
The compressor is essential to the performance of your chest freezer. It is the motor that powers the entire cooling system and if your freezer has ceased to work, you need to check it. This unit is located at the back of the freezer and sits in plastic housing; it can be identified by its football shape.
You can tell that the compressor is broken if your relay is fine or if you hear a light hum followed by a clicking sound and silence. If your freezer is relatively new, it might still be under warranty and you could get a replacement compressor for free. If not, your compressor will need to be replaced by a professional.
Investigate the Thermostat
The fact that your chest freezer is not working could be down to the thermostat. This is the unit that regulates the temperature inside the freezer. To test your thermostat, remove the access panel on the side of the freezer. Next, use a screwdriver to remove the actual thermostat from the inside wall but do not disconnect the tube that runs from the unit into the freezer.
Set the range scale on Rx1 on your multimeter to test for continuity. If your multi-tester reads continuity, your freezer problem lies in another spot. If your multi-tester does not read continuity, it means your thermostat is not working and you will need to replace it. Remove the tube from the old thermostat and attach it to the new one. Screw the new unit into place on the freezer wall and make sure the tube is not coiled or kinked as this will prevent the new thermostat from working properly.

if you have the freezer set to the coldest setting, you may want to check your door gasket.
Try and put your mouth/lips close to the seals, your nose/lips can sense cold very well. if you feel cold coming out, replace the door gasket.
if the door gasket seems ok, you maybe low on freon, or a defective temp sensor. or you may even have a defrost problem.

I just worked on a FF801W which is supposed to be very similar. The defrost heater in mine was of the glass tube type and located under the evaporator. There was a bimetal thermostat clipped to the top of the evaporator and a thermal fuse (sealed in a clear plastic tube) nearby. The connections were behind a little plastic cover (2 screws) in the back wall just above the evaporator.
Mine was iced up like yours and I had to defrost it with a hair dryer. All the defrosting parts in the freezer compartment turned out to work so I now suspect the defrost timer (down by the compressor). I've marked it and I'm waiting to see if it's turning.

By any chance is the ticking sound coming from the defrost timer, down in the freezer compartment? If the timer isn't advancing, either there won't be any automatic defrosting and the evaporator will turn into an iceberg or (if the timer gets stuck in permanent defrost) the compressor won't come on.
Defrost timers have a knob (sort of) that you can turn with a screwdriver (in one direction only). That allows you to move the timer in and out of defrost mode for troubleshooting. You can also mark the knob with a Sharpie and watch for the mark to move. These timers are supposed to make a revolution in 6 or 8 hours, depending on the model.The defrost part of the cycle usually lasts less than half an hour.
The defrost timer isn't the only part that can fail and prevent defrosting, but it's the only one likely to tick.
