Enter to your BIOS Setup, check hard drive is detected or not , check for Booting Device Priorities and set First boot device as Your Hard Drive.

It seems your windows boot files have been corupted u need to do repair installtion of the windows...

See if your rams are inserted properly.

If there was a video error generally you would get beeps that are similar to removing the memory.
when this happens you are looking at a failed CPU or Motherboard. For the system to get to the POST it has to get past the CPU hence you have no beeps.

First thing would be to clear the bios and cmos. use the jumper and remove the battery.
If clearing does not work then you would remove the cpu, turn the system on, then off. then reseat the cpu and try it again (remember heatsink as well never turn a system on without the heatsink on it)

I.Install the sound driver .
2.RIGHT CLICK YOUR COMPUTER ICON. SELECT DEVICE MANAGER .IN THAT INSTALL SOUND DRIVER AND RESTRAT THE COMPUTER

Several Possible Reasons.
1.) Hard Drive related
Use the clean up function to get rid of all the cookies and other internet "trash" that has accumulated over time.
Then defragment the hard drive by going to My Computer > C Drive> (right mouse click) >Properties and Tools, select defragment
Then as before and use tools to check for errors (do not bother with a surface scan.. just yet)

2.) Dead and redundant programmes
If you have uninstalled or tried to uninstall any programmes, they may have left debris behind. Download REVO UNINSTALLER and use this to do a proper clean up (its free)

3.) Disc Space
Check the disc space remaining, if below 2 GB, you will be encountering issues with Windows Swap file (the bit of the hard drive windows likes to use to chuck data about in when it is executing commands). the bigger the swap file , the faster windows can do this.

4.) Hard drive damage
Download a programme called HDD Tune (free again), run it and check for any bad sectors and any RSC errors (shown in red or yellow highlights), if you encounter these, get your data of asap and buy a new HDD

5.) Virus:
If after all that, yiu still have problems, download a copy of DRWEB (yes.. that too is free), run it and even if reporting a clean HDD, run the C:/... path to make double sure

hello if the monitor wanted a fuse .. then it wont turn on.. which means its getting power !!!
you problem is the pc ,or monitor cable fell out at the back of pc, or you may have a defective memory stick ,that if the pc is getting power and you are seeing light on the pc.. if the pc is dead nothing lighting.. no beeps, not even the optical not opening then you have a power supply problem,
if u had a surge be it went dead try this, unplug system for 5 mins, the plug it back in, try powering on.. if still nothing , most likely , memory,video card or power supply is defective, but i think. its your memory if getting power

When the machine are start to boot press F2 before start windows, That is the setup of the Bios and there you can change the boot order

1) So you tested the monitor on a working computer? Reason I ask, is that you will be testing the monitor cable also.

If it is a monitor with a detachable monitor cable, suggest you test the cable also.

2) Each graphics (Video) adapter card has it's own specific driver.
The driver should be installed Before, the graphics card is installed.

Otherwise Windows will 'break it's neck', to find a compatible driver, from it's thousands of generic drivers.
Won't do. You will get a driver conflict.

Windows: 'Which driver do I use? These or THESE?"

Kinda' hard to do, since you can't see graphics on the monitor.

I would like to suggest you diagnose the Power Supply to start with. (After checking the monitor cable)

It may seem that the Power Supply is okay, but it could have a weak Voltage power rail.

Enough power to light LED lights, and spin fan's, but not enough power to turn the Processor on.

1) ALL the LED's use less than 1 Watt of power.

2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts.

3) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts.
(Lower for older Processors)

A) Not to down eMachines, (I have an old T1090 in my shop that works great), but they are budget computers, and use budget parts.
One being the generic Power Supply that is used.

B) The computer could be dirty inside, as well as inside the Power Supply.

The cooling components for the SMPS, (Switched-Mode Power Supply,) are it's Fan, and Heatsink's used inside.

Once a layer of 'Gunk' covers these cooling components, the cooling capacity drops tremendously.

Heat = Wasted Energy

The more heat, the more the Power Supply strains to keep up with the call for power.
Eventually hardware components inside the Power Supply fail, and the Power Supply is toast.

You can test the Power Supply voltages.
You can use a multimeter if available, or an economical unit can be purchased for around $5 to $12, that will suffice for testing.

You can also use a power supply tester.

Voltages produced by the SMPS used in a T6528 are,
A) 3.3 Volts (DC)
B) 5 Volts (DC)
C) 12 Volts (DC)

Testing should be done on the 12 Volt power rail.
11 to 13 Volts indicates a good Power Supply.
Less than 11 Volts means it's time to replace.

Orange wires are 3.3 Volts
Red wires are 5 Volts
Yellow wires are 12 Volts.

All the color coded Voltage wires, lead back to one individual power rail, for each Voltage produced by the Power Supply.

You can test any Yellow wire to test the 12 Volt power rail.

With a multimeter, the Positive (Red) probe lead connects to the power wire to be tested.

The Negative (Black) lead connects to ANY Ground wire.

ALL Black wires are Ground wires.
They all go back to one central Ground source inside the Power Supply.

[Power Supply unplugged from power before attaching probe leads. After connecting, the power supply is plugged back into power, and the Power On button is pushed ]

check your PC if it can accommodate sata and if the board supports 3gb/sec on the bios. if not check for possible firmware upgrade to support it.

Is the new video card compatible with your motherboard?If it is , can you try connecting your monitor VGA Cable from your video card properly?

And also if you are using a PCI Video Card you should try to install it to another slot if theres an instance that a PCI Slot doesnt work.

First you need to make sure that motherboard has a PCI-Express slot

If it has that then you will be able to upgrade to any card you want willing your power supply has enough wattage to fuel the card

Most higher end video cards need 450W power supply's to operate without problems

If you meet both of those requirements then your good to go :)

Excelent description thanx. I assume you have bought a new PC. If so simply remove old HDD and plug it into the DVD cable on the new PC and boot up. It should read the old HDD, simply "copy" pics to new HDD.

DO NOT "MOVE" pics or will corrupt drive futher.

Reformat oldd HDD and repload Windows, all good again.

use this system unit with LCD or LED monitors ( requiring very less energy or power ) and don't use other peripherals like printers,scanners or other at the time of running the system.
